TESTIMONIALS
This could be you…
I had been really curious to try microdosing for quite some time, I just didn’t know how or where to start. Zoe helped guide me and provided a safe container for me to explore the process with calm, introspective intention. This paired with her breath work exercises was such a wonderful experience, I still do the breath work weekly and it has been a real game changer for my nervous system, creating healthier perspective shifts and more grounded responses to daily life stressors. I highly recommend for anyone who has been thinking about trying it!
NATThis container found me during a period of transition, when I was re-examining both my relationship with myself and my career. It arrived at exactly the right moment and couldn't be more grateful for it. Through this experience, I began to release my attachment to perfectionism and learned that it’s okay not to have everything figured out. The perspective changed from "has to be" to "doesn't have to be". I grew more comfortable with less judgment, and more play, curiosity, and openness. It shifted the way I approach life and creative work in a meaningful way. For that, I’m deeply grateful—for this container, and for the lessons it continues to offer. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to change or find themselves deeper.
SARAI had tried a lot of different healing modalities before, but nothing really stuck. I’d feel better for a while, and then things would slowly go back to how they were. What felt different about this experience was how much it worked through the body, not just the mind. The breathwork allowed things to shift in a way that felt real and lasting, not something I had to keep “figuring out.” I’m now a month out from the container, and the changes have stayed. I feel more at ease in my body, and it’s easier to stay with the thoughts, habits, and beliefs that actually support me. It feels integrated in a way I haven’t experienced before. This work genuinely changed my life.

ABOUTZoe Weber
After over a decade as a Creative Director working with some of the world’s biggest brands, I found myself completely burnt out. On paper, everything looked great—creative success, a full calendar, the kind of life I thought I wanted. But inside I was exhausted, disconnected, and craving something real.
So I came back to the practices that had always anchored me: breathwork, movement, mindfulness. These weren’t trends or tools—I grew up with them. They were the quiet, steady companions that helped me feel alive in my body and connected to something deeper.
That return set me on a path of deep study and remembering—through yoga, breathwork, somatics, coaching, and plant medicine. Along the way, I began holding space for others in the same kind of transition I had made: moving away from the career-driven version of success, and toward a life rooted in purpose, presence, and truth.
