This program supports you through life transitions, burnout, and creative blocks by combining mindful microdosing with breathwork, gentle yoga, and somatic practices. Over 6 weeks, bi-weekly sessions guide you to reconnect with your energy, cultivate emotional balance, and track your personal growth—within a small, supportive community.
